Chaku Chaku'Chaku Chaku' is the Japanese term for 'load load'. It is a method of production whereby the machines and processes required in a manufacturing process are placed together to optimize the load on each and so create the most efficient flow. Typically, each station enacts a different stage in the process (drilling, cleaning, assembling, etc.), with the output of each being easily handed over to the adjacent process. See also:
