L-MatrixThe L-Matrix is the basic variation of the Matrix Diagram, which is one of the second seven tools.The L-Matrix compares two lists, allowing a many-to-many relationship comparison. The matrix can be easily extended with such as weighting factors. It is the main matrix used in Quality Function Deployment (QFD).
